The company VitAntica S.r.l. based in Milan via degli Ottoboni 16 Italy, (hereinafter “Gruppo VitAntica”) determines and publishes the contents of this website and the websites registered by Gruppo VitAntica (hereinafter the “Site”) in order to promote the knowledge of VitAntica Group and its products.
Prior to navigate and use the Site, please carefully read the terms and conditions of access described below because the consent lent by you on the home page or use of the Site by you implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
In case of your acceptance you will be thus bound.
If, however, you disagree with such conditions or you are not willing to be bound to them, please leave the Site.

Information collected automatically

You irrevocably accept the jurisdiction of the Italian courts for any action arising out of or in connection to, to your surfing or use of the Site.
Unless imperative legal provision to the contrary, users and the Company hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Milan (Italy) any claim or matter arising under or in connection with the Content or use of the Site, including in case of guarantee, plurality of defendants
